During ordinary browsing, the server automatically records connection information, including the IP address of your device, access times, the browser used, and browsing and click records. This is used as a reference for improving our services. These records are for internal use only and are never made public.

This website suggests a language based on the country your connection originates from. That determination is made at the moment of connection by our hosting provider, Cloudflare; we do not retain your location data as a result. Whether you dismiss that suggestion is recorded only in your own browser.

When you contact us by telephone, email, our LINE Official Account, or the online booking system, we will ask you to provide the personal data necessary for that service (such as your name, contact details, preferred appointment time, and service requirements), and will process and use it only within that specific purpose. We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without your written consent.

3. Data Protection

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which provides security for the servers and network under its own security measures. Personal data you give us by telephone, email, our LINE Official Account, or the online booking system is used only by the staff who handle bookings and services, and only to deal with your bookings and enquiries.

Where we commission other parties to provide services for business purposes, we require them to protect your personal data properly.

4. Links to External Websites

This website provides links to other websites, and you may click through to them from our pages. This privacy policy does not apply to those linked websites; please refer to the privacy policy of the site concerned.

5. Embedded Content and Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services. Their handling of personal data is governed by each service’s own privacy policy. They fall into three categories, according to when a connection is made and how the service is used:

(a) Embedded content — loaded inside our own pages, so a connection to the third party is made as soon as you open the page

Google Maps: a map is embedded on the About page to show our location. A connection to Google is made as soon as the map loads — depending on your browser’s behaviour, this may happen either when you open the page or when you scroll to the map. You do not need to interact with the map for Google to obtain your IP address and other connection information.
YouTube videos: some articles embed YouTube videos. This website uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not write tracking cookies before you click play. However, a connection to YouTube is made as soon as the video frame loads — depending on your browser’s behaviour, this may happen either when you open the page or when you scroll to the video. You do not need to click play for YouTube to obtain your IP address and other connection information. Once you click play, Google’s privacy policy applies.

(b) Links out to third-party platforms — you leave this website only after you actively click, and no connection is made if you do not

Online booking system (SimplyBook.me): the booking button takes you to that platform (in a new tab on this website; in the same window on our LINE service pages). The name, contact details, and booking information you enter there are processed by that platform.
Online booking system (SayDou): offered only on our LINE service pages, and opened through LINE. The name, mobile number, and booking information you enter there are processed by that platform.
LINE Official Account: if you add us or send a message, LINE’s privacy policy applies.

(c) Service pages inside the LINE app (LINE Front-end Framework, LIFF)

The menu of our LINE Official Account links to service pages on this website. When you open them inside the LINE app:

Sign-in is handled by LINE under its own terms. The first time, LINE asks you to allow these pages to send messages to chats and to access your user identifier. This website does not read or store your LINE display name, profile image, email address, or user ID.
LINE’s code temporarily stores sign-in credentials on your device (in the browser’s sessionStorage, plus one cookie that records when the sign-in expires). They are used by LINE’s code; this website does not read or transmit them. If you open these pages outside the LINE app, no sign-in takes place, and only a single marker used to detect whether you are inside LINE is stored.
When you tap send on the “Booking for two at the same time” page, the page sends a message in your name, via LINE, to our Official Account chat, containing the options you chose and any notes you wrote. Your notes are put together into the message on your device only and are never sent to this website’s server. If the message cannot be sent directly, the page opens LINE with the same text filled in, and you tap send yourself.
To count how often each feature is used, the options you choose (but not your notes) appear as codes in the address of a page on this website.

Third parties providing embedded content may collect data about you through cookies and tracking code, and may monitor your interaction with that embedded content, in exactly the same way as if you had visited those websites directly.

This website will never provide, exchange, rent, or sell any of your personal data to other individuals, groups, private enterprises, or public agencies, except where there is a legal basis or contractual obligation to do so.

If you choose “Accept,” the website then loads Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tags it carries (including the Meta Pixel), used to understand site usage and measure marketing performance.
If you choose “Decline,” none of this code is loaded.
Your choice is stored only in your own browser’s local storage; it is not sent to our servers. If you clear your browser data, the banner will appear again and you may choose afresh.

In addition, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, loads its traffic statistics script (Cloudflare Web Analytics) on every page, and this script is not controlled by the consent banner above. It does not use cookies or your browser’s local storage, and it does not collect the query parameters in page addresses; it records information such as the page path, referring site, loading performance, and browser type, which helps us understand how each page is used.

You may also manage or block cookies through your browser’s privacy settings, though this may prevent some parts of the website from working properly.
