Thank you for choosing MIMIC EAR. We are committed to providing a professional, worry-free ear-cleaning, beauty, and relaxation experience. To protect consumer rights and keep our transactions transparent, we have established the following refund policy.

1. Charges and Payment

All services are paid for on site after the service is completed.

We accept cash, bank transfer, LINE Pay, JKOPay, PXPay Plus, iPASS MONEY, and Payuni (credit card or Apple Pay).

For international guests, PayPay (Japan) and NETS (Singapore) are also accepted through iPASS MONEY.

Anything other than cash or bank transfer is collected by the relevant payment platform.

Completing payment indicates that you have confirmed the content and outcome of the service.

2. Refund Principles

As our services are immediate beauty and body treatments, no refunds can be given once the service has been completed.

If you have any concerns about the result of your service, or are dissatisfied in any way, please raise it on site or on the day of your service, and we will handle it case by case according to the circumstances.

Where the cause is an operational error by our staff or another reason clearly attributable to us, we will offer partial compensation or a free corrective service as appropriate.

3. Payment Processing and Disputes

Payments made through LINE Pay, JKOPay, PXPay Plus, iPASS MONEY or Payuni are handled by those platforms, and transaction security is guaranteed by them.

If a transaction dispute arises, please contact us first. We will respond and assist within three business days.
